UX Redesign of Reading Buses

 

 

There were a number of reasons why the previous Reading bus website needed to be redesigned. The navigation was not user-friendly, the hierarchy between different levels of text was not clear, and it was difficult to differentiate between pieces of information.

 

My approach to creating a user-friendly, responsive web site includes personas, user journeys and wire frames. On the new site the passenger's destination is given priority.
